It seems to me that this time Peter Philips who is the creative and image director of Christian Dior makeup did a better job than Lucia Pica from Chanel because there was a huge positive feedback about the upcoming Dior 2020 Holiday Makeup Collection. My reasons for loving the Dior 2020 Golden Nights Holiday Makeup Collection
Of course, I have other reasons for my full approval of the new Dior 2020 Golden Nights Holiday Makeup Collection. First, it has to be noted that quite recently Dior released new eyeshadows palettes (quints) with a new improved formula and the whole beauty community appreciated very much the formula improvement.
Most certainly the two new Limited Edition eyeshadows from the new Dior 2020 Golden Nights Holiday Makeup Collection will have the same new formula which makes this particular release even more anticipated. Second, the stars of the new Dior 2020 Golden Nights Holiday Makeup Collection are the two Limited Edition Holiday palettes which will certainly captivate the imagination of any Dior connoisseur as discussed in greater detail below.
Third, Peter Philips deserves our recognition for the wonderful job he has done not only with the two Limited Edition palettes but also with the other products that comprise the new Dior 2020 Golden Nights Holiday Makeup Collection. I was disappointed with his performance last year when the Dior 2019 Holiday Makeup Collection failed to meet my expectations. However, this year Peter Philips has demonstrated that he had learned his lesson from the last year’s fiasco and he is on the right track again. I like very much the systematic approach of Peter Philips to this newest Dior collection as he has paid attention to every minutest detail in this collection. Kudos, Peter ?
Description of Dior 2020 Golden Nights Holiday Makeup Collection
The new 2020 Limited Edition Holiday Makeup Collection by Dior will feature two Five Couleurs Couture Golden Nights eyeshadow palettes with a snowflake pattern that is so beautiful that it will make it very hard for the makeup collectors to swatch these gems and ruin the exquisite pattern. Without doubt both these eyeshadow palettes are collectible pieces. I am more attracted to the golden brown eyeshadow palette which is Golden Snow # 549. The darker palette is Black Night # 089. The two Golden Nights palettes are very different from each other. My preferred palette is certainly the Golden Snow # 549 because it allows the creation of classy and easy to wear makeup looks. I am definitely very eager to test and try it.
As far as the second palette Black Night # 089 is concerned, I am doubtful about its widespread appeal because it contains some very dark shades (I would dare qualify them as ‘Gothic’ in fact). Yet, the Black Night palette will certainly fascinate those Dior lovers who are more adventurous and provoking, especially during the festive season.
The third item from the new Dior Collection which enticed me is the Rouge Blush. It is called Rose Frisson #353 and it is a pretty pink color. I will buy it because Peter Philips always does great pink colors.
The fourth item from the collection which I will also order without any delay is the Limited Edition Dior Forever Cushion Powder which is called Golden Nights #001. It comes in a classy cream leather packaging.
The new Dior 2020 Golden Nights Holiday Makeup Collection is really diverse and complex as it contains some other magnificent and promising beauty products which should not be neglected at all but for the time being I will just list them:
five Magical Couture Case lipsticks,
four Diorific Golden Nights lipsticks,
four Diorific Top Coat nail polishes, a couple of Dior Addict Lip Maximizers, and a couple of Diorshow 24H Stylo eyeliners.
